Products are of very good quality and fully meet all my expectations Communications with the company was excellent and I was not only contacted to be told what day my delivery would arrive I was also informed a hour before arrival. Alex and his team have been fantastic. I contacted them on Monday and they had finished the work by Thursday in the same week. Alex was very knowledgeable about the right materials and guided us through which solutions to opt for. His team were incredibly polite and very tidy, which was appreciated by the neighbours in particular! He was also very flexible about needing to add in a soakaway, which wasn't part of the original discussion. We are delighted with the end result and will be bringing Alex back to tackle our back garden patio at some point. And in addition, the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to replace or spruce up their drive or patio.

Excellent service from a team who genuinely care about the customer. I had to cancel part of my order the day before delivery and there was no hesitancy in refunding me there and then! They do what they say regarding deliveries , kept me informed of possible delivery dates and then called me the day before as said they would to give me a 2 hour time slot. The lorry arrived 15 mins after the start of the time slot and the driver unloader young man was the most pleasant and helpful of people I have seen for a while.!!! I have used AC for 3 years now, without any cause to complain only to praise. Buy local, stay safe!

Very easy ordering process, received e-mail receipt immediately after the card payment was made, received phone call day before to confirm delivery, the delivery arrived as stated and placed with care in the allocated space. Stones were of higher quality with less crumbs and dust that we've had in the past from other firms. Prices are very reasonable. Overall the whole process was very pleasant and stress free and we were very happy with our purchase and come highly recommended by myself and other family members and friends that have also used their services 👍👍

Ordered twice from this company and both times the staff could not have been more helpful. Order process super easy delivery exactly on time for the first order. AC Pavings always provides excellent customer service. Whenever I phone up with a query they are always willing to help and offer advice. I ordered my bulk bag Wednesday was delivered the very next day. Can't ask for better service than that!! Been shopping with this company for years, my Dad introduced me to them in the 1990's and we've never looked back. Shopping local for years! Give them a try you won't be disappointed :)

Selection and ordering was simple and easy considering the current restrictions. I was informed about the day and time for delivery which was executed perfectly. I was concerned about delivery as I’ve large gates to negotiate but the driver was excellent and placed the pallet exactly where I’d specified without bothering me. I saw him dropping the pallet on my security cameras and by the time I’d got outside he was preparing to leave. Excellent. I’ve used these people before and was happy then, no change now. Superb driver too.
